cost
Early registration Quad Occupancy cost is $90 please see the registration page for a full pricing schedule. This covers your room, conference materials and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. You are responsible for bringing extra money for other meals while at the conference.
housing
You will be housed 4 to a room. The people you go through the registration line with will be your roommates. We recommend that everyone go through the registration line with a buddy so that you have at least one roommate you know.
schedule
Registration begins at 4:00pm on Friday. The conference will begin with worship at 7:00pm and will end on Sunday around 12:30pm. Try to arrive at the hotel in time to check-in and finish registering before worship begins.
attendance
Since this is a training weekend, attendance for the entire weekend is required. You must arrive on Friday night and stay through Sunday in order to participate in Sonburst.

what to bring
You will need to bring a Bible, a notepad, pen or pencil, and money for meals not included in the conference cost. It's also a good idea to bring some extra money or a check book to but books from the book table and the IFES offering. When packing keep in mind that the conference is only for a weekend and you are staying in a hotel. You won't need your own alarm clock, pillows, sheets, etc.
